Canada Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping option (Priority, Express, regular), weight and destination.
Actual shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Malia Indigo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For shipping outside of Canada, Malia Indigo is not responsible for any customs, tariff and taxes applied to your order at the entrance of your country.
If you refuse delivery of your order it may take several months for the package to reach us, and there may be return shipping and possible brokerage charges. These will be deducted from your total refund amount once we receive the package.
Malia Indigo is not responsible for any delays resulting from customs inspections.
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund. The Return policy described below applies to purchases made through www.maliaindigo.com
Returns process must be started within 10 days of receiving your order.
All returns must meet the following requirements:
- Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unused, and unwashed.
- Merchandise must have all tags, accessories, and original paperwork.
- Merchandise must be received within 30 days of the purchase date.
Final Sale items cannot be returned.
Sales outside of Canada and US are not eligible for return.
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted, the items will be returned to you immediately, and a refund will not be issued. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
Important: For exchange, please return the item, receive your refund and purchase new desired item from our website www.maliaindigo.com. All exchanges must meet the above conditions.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please include the following when emailing us for returns/exchanges.

- Order Number
- Item(s) being returned/exchanged
- Reason for return/exchange
After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow 1- 2 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
Refund may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your PayPal account or your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Important: Only the item price including tax (if applicable) will be refunded. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
